Roasted Garbanzo Beans (Chickpeas)

roasted chickpeas2 cans chickpeas (garbanzo beams), drained and patted dry. (Use a paper towel and lightly pat them, don't mush them.)
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoons curry powder, or other seasoning of your liking
sea salt to taste

Heat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Spread out onto a cookie sheet. Bake for 15 minutes, then stir. Bake for another 10-15 minutes or until crunchy, but not burned. Serve. Eat.
